Pros
Excellent central location near Blackpool Tower, Coral Island, and the seafront
Highly praised breakfast with locally sourced ingredients and varied options
Owner and staff noted for friendly, accommodating service
Clean, comfortable rooms with thoughtful extras (fans, steamers, toiletries)
Cons
No lift and narrow stairs; rooms located on upper floors up to four flights
No on-site parking; limited street parking (1 hour) and nearby pay-and-display car parks
“My exploration revealed a thoughtfully run establishment, particularly noteworthy for its genuine hospitality and immaculate rooms. The breakfast experience stands out, with a well-considered selection that genuinely pleased, and the proximity to key attractions proved remarkably convenient. It strikes me as a place that understands the balance of comfort and affordability.”
